I didn't believe that when I went for James Rowe as manager days before he even seemed to be really in the running, that he would transform us to the extent we could have three weeks off and come out and win in a canter at Notts County. He just sounded as though he was doing a good job at Gloucester and might be young and different ....... I'm no genius. I didn't foresee all this. I'd love to say I told you so, but I obviously only told you a tiny bit of so .........

Now I'm worried that someone like Ipswich will come in and make him an offer he can't refuse.

We're a better bet than Ipswich. Take us up via the playoffs this season and I might worry about losing him but I dont think many clubs will give him free reign like it seems we have done. He needs to put some roots down himself, he wasn't long at Gloucester and too many short term appointments dont look good on a cv.
