Well done to them for their promotion.
We’ll see how good they really are next season. It won’t be as easy as their fans think it will be and I doubt they will finish above 12th regardless of how much they spend and who they sign.

Haven’t seen what their fans are saying but are they really saying they will finish above 12th next season?? I would have thought they would snatch your hand off now if they were offered 12th!!
Well most of their fans are fine but some have been spouting some deluded things. On westbrom.com there was a thread about the dingles and their form at the time (January) and one of the guys copied some comments off the Wolves forum. I don’t remember every comment that was posted but I do remember the funny and seriously deluded ones.
One said that only Man City is a problem for them next season, the rest they can easily beat. Another said that they can get Champions League next season without too much of a problem.
Now obviously they are not all deluded but Christ those two examples above epitomise how the idiot members of the Dingle fan base are when they’re doing well. It was the same when they got promoted last time on the old BBC 606.

I like all midland teams to do well, but a lot of the Dingle fans really are deluded. They have a hatred for WBA that is fanatical, never quite understood it. I used to know lots of them who would watch WBA in midweek games and never admit it.
They normally spend all summer talking it up and then the winter slagging themselves off.
They convince themselves they are world beaters one minute and a Sunday pub team the next.
Inbred "Dingle" just about sums a lot of them up. While they do have some educated fans, they rarely show it in public in case it damages the street cred the Dingles think they have.

From what i've seen this season wolves play good,attacking football. Their passing game is very nice to watch.
Next season will be hard for them no doubt.
