Saturdays game(for 45 mins) showed just how good we can be
and it more or less added fuel to the fire
Added fuel for the Keep Pulis Brigade(first half)
Added fuel for the Pulis out brigade(Second Half)
having read the post match posts it got me wondering
IF...and its a big IF..we go to Leicester tomorrow and win
and as we all know when we are expected to lose something strange happens
what will the anti pulis brigade think?
this is not a dig at those people at all
to me it shows they have passion(as we all do) for our great club
but(and i may be wrong)
the anti Pulis brigade have yet to come forward with a suitable replacement they want as manager

As I said on the Match thread, one swallow doesn't make a summer........30 minutes of great attacking football in probably 900 minutes or possibly more is no where good enough. If anyone thinks it is they obviously have not been going to the games.
Our 'good pleasing football' stats are even lower than our normal possession stats, I would say we have played great attacking football about 10% of the time Pulis has been in charge. Unless we continue in this vein (and going on past experience we won't) then he has to go.
When he lets us attack we look really good BUT he rarely does. I'm probably wrong but I would go out to attack every team I played and try to win the game, not set up so deep that the back 4 are sat in the stands with the fans.
Yes I enjoyed that first half and I would love to see us do it again but I think we will have to wait a while as TP will revert to type.

The part I bolded hits the nail on the head for me. It's frustrating to see a poor performance due to being overly negative if you're watching on TV or a stream, but nowhere near the annoyance of having to endure the full 90 sat in the crowd hoping for better.

It certainly did when I was at school and we used to go on a mixed summer camp with the girls school. One swallow made the whole year not just a summer. :-)
