Wolves came for a point. Jackett is disappointed he didn't get one. They got what they deserved. Why it took Town so long to start running at them rather than trying to pass thru a brick wall was beyond me but once we did we got what we deserved and so did Wolves. A poor shadow of the team that ripped us a new one in October.

Wolves came to be spoilers by the way it sounded, frustrate with defensive play and hit on the break, its worked for other teams against us but today we seemed to have a plan B , and although we missed a few half chances we created a really good one and took it at a crucial time. this result and the way it was done would have been welcomed a month ago and almost unthinkable 4 months ago
its taking time but the team really is moving forward 1 step at a time there will be some more bumps in the road but i intend to enjoy the rest of season, in particular if town can add a little consistency to results

Thoroughly enjoyable match. Thoroughly deserved three points. Can't see where Jackett's coming from saying that they didn't deserve to lose.
Yes, they defended well and they had a couple of good chances, but we were much better than them in every department. We outfought, outplayed and outhought them.
Man of the match was Billing. Fair enough, he had another top quality game, but gave the ball away on a couple of occasions, one of which they scored that offside goal. Bunn was also in the running for it in my opinion and may have snuck the award had he not fluffed that great chance he created for himself.
But how anybody can say that Joel Lynch wasn't man of the match is beyond me. The bloke is absolutely brilliant and if Chris Coleman doesn't select him for the Welsh Euros squad, then he's a muppett.

Can't argue with that Snoots. If I could find it I'd put Jenny Kackett in my "Was he at the same match as us" thread. Yes he's been unlucky with injuries, just like Arsenole Wenger is every season at Arsenole, but when it happens with such a high frequency, it's got something to do with the way you train or play. Can't be the way Wolves play cos they only cross the halfway line about 10 times a match based on the way they have played since they beat us is owt to go by. Just going off a bit of local knowledge mind.

Decent enough game, mostly of the cat and mouse variety. 1st half we had much more of the ball but I thought Wolves looked very dangerous of the break but when they did break they failed to capitalise or just couldn't get round Lynch.
2nd half wolves were more of a match but we didn't help ourselves at the start of the half by giving the ball away cheaply(silly little flicks rather than holding the ball up.)
Elvis looked lively when he came on, looks a decent player

Chris Coleman is a muppet just look at him! Spends more time on a tanning bed and whitening his teeth than he does watching good footballers
