Berahino's Agent
#1
Berahino has reportedly parted company with agent Aidy Ward according to the Birmingham Mail and Daily Mirror.

If true the question is, has the lad has started to get his head together and seen Ward for what he is or is he disillusioned that he has not got him a move to Real Madrid?

I like to think the first part which leads to another question, would someone looking for a move away get rid of their agent at this time in the transfer window.

I think this could be a signal we have SB for another year, not holding my breath just yet mind, don't even know if the story is true yet..

This is very good news. The rumour I heard some weeks ago was that Tony Pulis had put his arm around SB and the lad has responded well to the fatherly advice.
Getting rid of his agent and certain other bad influences was part of TP’s guidance.

Aidy Ward is Sterling`s agent. Look at the situation he`s got himself into. DD Whistle Whistle

Well, it can only go two ways and only time will tell.

Agent Ward is only looking to line his own pockets as can be seen with the Sterling affair and hopefully, Saido has listened to wise council from whatever quarter. No club wants to sign a troublemaker in the mould of Sterling and my guess is, all the problems emanating from Sterling are generated by this agent.

I suppose we wait and see who's going to represent him now; somehow, I doubt the realm of professional football agents is overflowing with Jerry Maguire types who want to renounce their shallow material existence and live in a world of sporting principle. But obviously if this guy's more trouble than the rest then it can only be a good thing for Saido to be rid of him.
