In a backs to the wall, tackle and clear it scenario he's great, however that's rarely the situation for us - or should be. I went to the recent Cowdenbeath home game and swear he had his boots on the wrong feet his passing was so wayward. Yet the next game, against Hearts, he comes on after McCulloch is red carded and puts in a great defensive performance.

Shame, but there it is.

Scored some great goals for us last year. We should just have stuck him up front instead of buying Boyd really. I think they guy has amazing spirit and he's been given too hard a time by some of our support, but there's no denying he's cost us goals most times he's played this season. I hope he gets a decent move and enjoys it where he ends up, though I suspect it won't be Freiburg.
