Swindon Town @ Deepdale 25/4/2015

Two to go, six points required first up a non too easy game against a now slightly faltering Swindon Town, until the last international break they were up there and in with a really good chance, however defeats against Dons, Bristol C and Yeovil have derailed their chances of automatic. Apparently they are resting players in gamnes up to the play offs, however still expect them to put a decent side out. They play a strange style of football with keeper Foderingham being the main sweeper at the back.
After finally managing to hold onto a lead against Notts County, confidence should be good, up to the team and the manager to produce the goods in front of a bumper home crowd on Saturday.

The fact that they are fixing in 4th place now will hopefully help you in this one. As you say they have been resting players and I think they will continue to do that or at the very least make substitutions to get certain players off and others on for quality minutes. After that their attitude could be about who they would prefer to meet in the final (assuming its 3 v 4 of course) between yourselves and MK.

Of course at the end of the day you are the home team, the onus is on you to attack and its up to you to go after them from the start, get an early goal and they may just cave rather than bust a gut to chase the game.

One to go and the garrison town of Colchester will see an invasion of Whites fans as North End got to within one game of being promoted by beating Swindon Town 3-0 in front of 17621 at a rocking Deepdale.
A strange looking Swindon side with at least five non regulars in it however they were all versed in playing football the way Swindon play, passing from the back with the keeper playing a pivotal point of their play.
Didn't start too well for the Robins as within two minutes they were one down, Gallagher chip, Garner lobbing the keeper although have to say though looked a shade off side, not complaining though although suspect Mark Cooper was.
For the next 20 minutes North End played chase the ball as Swindon passed the ball around looking for an opening they nearly got one but Smith was inches away from finding the net. Gradually North End began to shade it and a Garner shot went the wrong side of the post with the keeper rooted to the spot.
Their was tension in the home support as Robins even with a weakened team looked dangerous, then on half time a quick Gallagher free kick defence asleep Garner heads home. With the Dons winning it was perhaps as well the second went.
Garner narrowly missed with a header before Garner headed home his third after great work by Beckford who shook off defenders to hit the bar with the Ginger Ninja heading home the rebound.
Game over, North End numerous chances to score more, Swindon had only a Williams shot which went wide and then there was the cheer as Rochdale got it back to 3-2 against MKD.
On the way home saw two Colchester coaches on the way back from Fleetwood they will be seeing 3000 of us next week
