The administrators cannot fire him, that would cost the club compensation to be paid and they cannot do that. And besides, who would take the job while the ownership is still not confirmed?? He is with us until new owners come in and possibly until the summer. I am sure he will be gone, new owners rarely keep the existing manager anyway but the admin can't get rid.

It was more tongue in cheek. Unfortunately, the reality is he could walk away, not require any compensation and do the right thing, as we'd be no worse off without him for the remaining 15 games.
We would, however, save some money.
