Record breaking squad

Not quite sure if it’s broken yet but the weekend will fix that.

Albion have not lost nine away games on the bounce for fifty years, the 1970’s, until today. Leicester away up next ……

I work with a blues fan, he is not the brightest spark, two years ago he keep saying that they were not in a relegation dogfight, even on the last Saturday he was in denial, they went down.
I am not that daft, we are in a relegation scrap, not a dogfight yet but heading that way, unless we find a solution and fast it will be a dogfight, we do not have the backers to break the bank like blues did to regain a championship place. I am worried, very worried.

I’m with you there, very worrying. I can’t see us picking up any points from our next two games, and can really see us in a dogfight by the end of January. And therein lies the problem. If RM remains in position throughout January I have absolutely no faith he, or the club, will strengthen the squad in the window.
He needs replacing immediately and any new guy needs to be given to time to get players in to give us a fighting chance.

Someone else mentioned having to play anti-football and the truth is, we go out to pack the midfield, no plan and hope individuals can get us a result. We need an old head like Pulis to come back in a fix this mess. I hated his approach but it was effective up to a point and what we need is someone that can organise and coach how to defend.
