I still have no idea what you're on about, Fred. That was the type of performance we were putting in for the whole first half of the season, but not the last few games. We didn't play anything like as badly in those games which was a vast improvement.

Anyway...aside from the opinions of the lunatic fringe I think that was clearly our worst performance in weeks. Midfield posted totally missing although for the most part there was little they could do when Mohsni and Robinson were punting the ball forward every time they had it. Boyd left isolated and our forward players doing us no favours by sitting off and letting the Falkirk defenders and keeper have all the time and space in the world to launch attacks - in stark contrast to the effective way they put ours under pressure every time we had the ball at the back. Just boggles my brain that we went back to that long ball shite when a) the conditions were entirely against it and b) we had Kris Boyd alone up front. If he was even capable of winning the occasional header, who would it have gone to except for the Falkirk defenders? Once more the desperate need for a real tactician rears its head.

You can tell there are contracts that won't be renewed.

From the play and the attitude.

Fred, Falkirk always reminds me of Scotland's second notable structure (the first is The Bridge, of course), the Falkirk Wheel.

This gives views and details : Falkirk Wheel
