Either way I'm happy Bully is pushing the kids along, I believe it's integral for the staff if not the players to actually give a crap about the club, in order for us to keep taking steps forward, especially on our never ending shoe string budget.
It's usually always Bully you can hear on the academy videos.

Dean Ramsdale is the Academy Manager & Bullen is the Academy Head Coach. Both perform important roles.

Another team below us is making a managerial change, so i expect to see them get at least a temporary bump in results and if they choose the right guy I would expect them to rise up the table like Fulham and Bolton have since they appointed good managers!!
