the only one who looks at our team selection each week goes ??????????????????

Surely we couldn't be contemplating Quigley alone up front against a Wrexham? With Tshimanga glued to the bench?

Wouldn't the Coalville game have been the time to try something completely different with our forward players, instead of wasting selection on a player we send out to develop his trade with the Gladiators two days later?

I thought I'd say this after a win, rather than waiting for the sword of defeat to descend and turn my foresight into hindsight.

The rumour seems to be that tshimanga is on his way elsewhere. Disciplinary issues or bad management who knows.
Too many players had too much to eat on Christmas day, why we didn't make changes instead of abusing the ref (again) God knows. Last 20 minutes we were just awful and were lucky. Dobra beats players then either shoots when he shouldn't or lays the ball off to an opponent. He flatters to deceive imo.
He can play but it seems more often than not he just doesn't.
Hope we see some changes on Sunday.

Well it looks as though Tshimanga is out of consideration, but then we'd have to bring in someone else ...... because we haven't got another forward who is IN consideration.

I think Dobra is hampered by the paucity of attacking options. If it isn't Quigley then it either has to be him or King. Jesurun doesn't get enough minutes to sign his full name in an autograph book, and the opinion seems to be Asante lost what was special about him during his injury. I think that Dobra always feels that it is up to him to do something special and even Messi and Mbappe need team mates. Be honest, if we didn't have Dobra beating people would we ever look like getting the other side of defenders?

At the moment our league position flatters us. We struggle, Wrexham and County are often on cruise control. Only when we've had the luxury of playing EFL sides have we looked a cut above. I can only say if I were playing behind a defence up against our attack I'd be expecting a clean sheet ...... yet we manage to score every game. I think that is due to end big time. Perhaps we can sell Tshimanga to Huddersfield? Then we'd have no excuse not to buy.

Rumour that Tshimanga is off to Stockport. I wonder if it has anything to do with us signing Ash Palmer last month.

Yes, Stockport have money, but they also have sense. They'll pay us small, because we've reduced Tshimanga's value by consistently not playing him. I'll wish him well wherever he goes, but I do wonder about our long-term aims. Stockport know they are heading for Division One for next season - best bet ever. Where are we heading? Next season it looks like there'll be two more proper EFL clubs dropping down to our level. We can't go on thinking we'll be ripe for promotion next season as Wrexham have done all these years.
