-I was being magnanimous. You were all individually responsible ......... - You sounded very Chief Executive to me St Charles - that's not a criticism by the way. I like it, but you did sound authoritative and I love the word magnanimous. In a way you're right, but this plethora of Tuesday games for small teams travelling all over the country to gather injuries and demand squad sizes their incomes barely cover has always irritated me. Why have more teams in a division than weekends in which games can be played? Tuesdays should be for catching up on postponements and any extra crazy cups you invent, or even replays instead of feckin stupid penalties and shitty goalkeeping. Three EFL divisions and a National League of 24 teams each (which we will soon return to too) is almost a demand for meaty calves, excesses of stamina over skill, and hoofball over footie. Make 5 divisions of 20 teams, play fewer games and admit that at least half the National League is better than EFL2 at the moment.
I reckon 3-3 gives those elves something to work with anyway.
When I "walked" at cricket that raised a lot of eyebrows and a few hackles.

Well actually I'd make the Championship 20 teams too, so that you might get the best footballers trying to cope with the jump to the Premier League.
Boreham Wood v Chesterfield looked like two really leggy teams to me. Who runs longest wins.
MORE GAMES ON BLOODY TUESDAY - IMPORTANT ONES TOO FOR OUR RIVALS.
