Well what I got out of that was that we're probably going to bring in a couple of almost has-beens who want to resurrect their careers whilst enjoying a drink.
On the other hand I liked what he said about not just bringing in players for the sake of it and the realisation that footballers are people who like playing the game and benefit from the chance actually to play.
