Typing from my phone sorry for any spell errors but just walked into the hotel to see Glenn Hoddle is seriously ill in Hospital and saw footage of the Leicester Helicopter crash, and on twitter announced their owner had died  Confused

BREAKING: The owner of Leicester City, the Sporting Director and pilot have been pronounced dead, reasons being 3rd degree burns and spinal injury. As we speak, families of the deceased are being called and made aware of the loss of their loved ones. A sad day for football. #lcfc

That tweet you’ve posted Beefy is a fake clickbait. Harry Maguire has called out the person responsible for it.

Anyway, sad news about the helicopter crash. All we can do is wait and hope that there isn’t many casualties.

Owner, his daughter, two pilots and one other .......

Looks catastrophic ...... be a miracle if anyone survived ........ best wishes and thoughts to his family, the Leicester family and not forgetting to a lesser extent, Hoddle who is apparently on the mend.

A terrible tragedy, but we really do have to pay tribute to the pilot for averting an even more horrendous catastrophe. If that chopper had gone down among the matchday crowd/traffic, it would have been the worst football disaster since the days of Bradford and Hillsborough.

The Crown, Lords & Commons are the Crown, Lords & Commons of Rusty Lane, West Bromwich. In the heart of the empire on which the sun never sets, in the land of hope and glory, is Rusty Lane, West Bromwich. What do they know of England who only England know? The answer must be Rusty Lane, West Bromwich.

Awful scenario, you leave home to go watch the football just as we all do sometimes and never come back, puts life into prospective, the family must be beyond devastated.

I thought as well how badly the BT Sports commentators must have been feeling as they were still on air when the helicopter took off from the centre circle and were commenting on how the other half live (paraphrasing) with one of them asking if they thought he might be able to get a lift back to Scotland with them.
