Good decision. Nobody wants extra time. I know it's tradition but all we really want to see after 90 minutes is a penalty shoot out.

Respect the fans so they dont have to fork out for games that the managers ( coaches) dont give a xxxx about and play all the kiddies from the 3rd round to the last and thats about it realy !! why play youre half eleven and then when you get Arsenal at home play youre full team or if its stoke away after stick out the reserve squad when the fans have forked out for yet another ticket ! be consistent and play the kids from start to finish because after all this is the cup the loser of the top six wins every xxxx season !

Preston North End will face Morecambe at Deepdale in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
The Lilywhites will take on the Shrimps in competitive action for the first time since 2012, when North End were 4-2 winners at the Globe Arena in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Fixtures are scheduled to be played the week commencing Monday 13th August 2018, with a date to be confirmed.
