Well its that time of year where we can spend a fortune and get linked with everyone
At the moment especially given the Sanchez situation I get worried to hear names like Alderweireld and Willian banded about, superb players but I`d prefer names who could serve us for the next five years
I will be interested in the development of Andreas Pereira, Scott McTominay, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Marcus Rashford, Axel Tuanzebe, Anthony Martial et all all look to have something but will they get a chance? Talent will out they shout but dosent always get a chance behind X big name who must be given a chance because he`s on this much and cost this much
Luke Shaw is a cracking player but the manager has sent him backwards or trying to, eventually our full winger backs(!) will need replacing
Jones and Bailly is our best combination although the Manager seems to tinker unnecessarily here too much
Ive said for years Blind is a great replacement for Carrick and like the legend the manager dosent play him either
So for me it`s not so much about the transfers it`s despite second place and everything that we are hugely underachieving and most if not all of this is down to the Manager
