To be honest Tony Pulis has to say what he said even if he doesn’t believe it himself (he probably does believe it).

However the facts don’t lie. The part of this season that came under him was terrible. He may have left with the club outside of the relegation zone but had he stayed, we would have inevitably dropped in and then probably struggled to get out again as the football and results would continue to get worse.

oh we got a top 12 squad have we?
maybe you should have let this "top 12 squad" express themselves
instead of stifling them with your brand of mind numbingly boring defensive football

i dont hold grudges against former managers but i hope to god middlesbro stay in the championship
will be interesting to see what reception he gets at the Hawthorns next season

The rot started the minute the dinosaur signed a contract at West Brom and he is the reason that we are likely to be relegated today. Yes, the appointment of Pardew was a mistake but by then it was too late. The death throws of Pulisitis had spread from the tea-lady to the Chairman and we were doomed.
The man is despicable.

He said we have a top twelve squad ...... well that just shows what a shite manager he is, he could not get a top squad to play football, he could not motivate them, he could not win games, was it 3 in 21, this relegation is all yours ......

Tony Pulis’ record this season was 10 points from 11 matches.

For a guy who is usually dependable at getting the best out of a squad and who put together this “top 12 squad”, that is very poor. He was lucky that there was three worse teams than us at the time of his departure because if there wasn’t, he would have left this “top 12 squad” in the relegation zone.

....and don't forget: the Fixture computer gave us as easy a start as possible. In those 11 games only Man C and Arsenal were difficult (ie Top 6) games.
Start every day off with a smile and get it over with
