I know it's charity and all that but I would've still thought that Odemwhingie is a negative move.

Saw yesterday that Lee Hughes is actually still playing, at 41 Thumb up

If it's for charity, then it'd be a bit churlish to kick up a fuss, to be honest.

Hadn't realised it before, but the charity game is actually being played in memory of Richard Eades and Odemwingie is flying in from Indonesia to play it. He deserves an olive branch from fans for that.

Couldn't agree more, great gesture from the bloke  Thumb up

The match is taking place at Halesowen Town FC on 29th April; the day after the Newcastle game, so I'm leaning towards getting straight back to the Midlands after the game to make sure I'm back in time for it on the Sunday.

The Halesowen venue makes sense as Lee Hughes has just signed for them. I followed the 'Yeltz' for a time in the early 1980's when they reached the FA Vase final at Wembley.

Still got the rosette!! Big Grin
Some days I'm top dog, most days I'm just the lamp post.
