Third Wing or Goodbye Gboly?
#1
We just signed 20 year old Reece Mitchell a winger from Chelsea.

Now I reckon we are either planning a change of pitch shape to incorporate a third wing, or we must be about to sell Gboly Ariyibi. What do you reckon?

This lad sounds like a very good signing, but with him, Ariyibi, O'Shea, Ched Evans, and Kristian Dennis attacking we'll either score a lot of goals ...... or ship even more.

And here's my recommendation for one of our new keepers, as we need two - Joe Green - had a trial last year with us, Crossley recommended him to Sheridan at Newport as we didn't have room for him. They gave him a contract, but released him at the end of the season. He's only 20, but he'd be cheap and he's originally from Penistone so he's even fairly local. Just scouting that's all. Crossley thought he was good.

You can have 3 wingers in the squad Dev it is allowed.its called competition for places .
I really hope we dont sell Ariyibi on the cheap .

They sound a lot like several first choice wingers.

We'ver also got Rai Simons who pulls out wide a lot and if we take Cosi's boy Diego he can do a job out there too. It looks a bit like someone is on the way out. Like you I hope it isn't Gboly. Competition for places especially amongst young exciting players would be great.
