WBA vs Chelsea - Match Thread

My Pulis-o-meter has swung firmly back into the positive zone after a few weeks in negitivity following the shambles of QPR and Lesta.

I take my hat off to every member of WBA, top to bottom (and the fans), after last nights performance.

Chelsea were well up for it, all you had to do was look at the starting line up, and deep down everyone associated with Chelsea know it, denying it just makes them look, kinda, Micky Mouse.... Tongue

Let me just say last night was an immense performance all round we out chelsea'd Chelsea they are a very good defensive that hit you on the break. Well we defended brilliantly last night and that's what TP has bought to the team Chelsea can pass their way through the best of them quickly and very effectively but last night our defensive tactics simply didn't allow them any space or room. It sickened me to hear moanio blame the other top teams for letting them win the title too easily especially after he's said such nice things about TP and was so friendly to him prior to KO. But that's moanio isn't it. Sour grapes because we truly out fought ut defended out attacked and outwitted them last night. They had tons of possession but we made ours count and hurt them with three fantastically worked goals The pundits tried to blame Chelsea for our third but I say it was a clever quick corner and a screamer from Brunty. They were all amazing last night. We passed the ball well and played without fear and yes Yacob was playing out of his skin he broke almost everything up and won the ball back off chelseas finest time and time again but every single player put a tremendous shift in last night harrying worrying passing movement all fantastic. cant wait to watch it all over again tonight lol Smile a great day at the office albion boing boing

So Fabregas gets his ban reduced from 3 games to a one game after being sent off on Monday. Why is it Mulumbu gets sent off against West Ham for the same offence and has to serve three games yet Fabregas gets one, nothing to do with him being a Chelski player I bet. For those that would say he did not mean it, watch the incident closely he calls for the ball from the person in the corner then sets it up before hitting it.

One rule for one another for the rest........... As usual

Was on hols but managed to find a bar and sat with 3 Chelsea fans (from Devon obviously), a bottle of ouzo late and we're three up and they have slunk off. Will never forget that night, no matter how much Mourinho says it didn't matter, it did.

Humble pie recipe on the worktop.
Bonum vinum laetificat cor hominis.

A Chelsea mate of mine (genuine Chelsea supporter, not a plastic) was texting me all day, saying they were gonna kick ass, etc. Did he get it back in spades. He took it well, but then, he had to.
