I texted Radio Leeds about that. It speaks volumes that one ex-player now playing in opposition gets more support than our entire current squad.

People are longing for Wagner and Webber. I've seen some on datm suggesting Wagner might want bromby...yay...
Chris markham is obviously a town fan, from the area and available, people are going on about how Bolton fans wanted him gone but he was in that position when they got promoted etc and it's his signings that have got them in play off contention, but he stuck with his decision of evatt too long much like kev sticking with his Cartwright decision. If Markham left in summer his stock would be higher, if kev sacked Cartwright in summer his stock would also be higher.
For me Wagner and Webber would be a hail Mary from the board to get the fans back and try and relive those halcyon days. But if both are affordable, willing and giving the autonomy they want, then it's a potentially perfect match, they rebuild their reputation and the club rebuilds itself.
There's been some rumours of Wagner hunting in fixby for houses in the last week...but couldnt prove anything

If we get Wagner, I'll renew. Otherwise, not in a million. I'm not even sure Wagner could repeat it but it would get the fans cheering for some time. I also think Nagle should admit that the SC are a mistake until he gives us the team he said he would. I don't think we should have to pay for his mistakes.

Only problem is, we need to spend to improve on this trash and to do that we need to improve revenue.
He put them up too quick, but he needs to in order for the club to spend

Get where you are coming from JJ and it was a gamble to put them up so much and it looks like it’s failed.
Last year we both bought season cards, this time around it’s looking more and more likely that it’ll be 1 so before a ball is kicked they are down £79 down. Add to this the Mrs usually buys a something to eat and drink before the game that’s another what £6/7 every home game, now given she has been to 19home games this season (by the end of it) that’s another £114/£133 they are missing out on..so that’s at least £193 down on next season. They have to factor in its never been as easy to watch Town on the Tv as well, never mind the fire stick we will have had 9 home league games live on Tv this season. Why bother paying out when you can watch it at home and save a few quid.
Had they gone up £50/75 or 100 then we would both had renewed and they’d be quids in but they ignored the Supporters club and the ATT groups, spaffed a load of cash on a consultancy firm and got it badly badly wrong. I know for a fact 2 of our group of 5 aren’t renewing and I know plenty more around us who have said no as well.
Oh and if he wants to increase revenue then why the hell don’t they open H Town when the rugby is on, surely they’d make a profit if only the opposition fans use it.

Of the 2 each side of me (includes Snoots and my nephew) and the 2 in front, none are renewing, if they mean it. That's 7 out of 7. My nephew said he was going down last week to renew but said he couldn't be bothered so he might keep chopping and changing til the deadline. Whatever, it's not a good prospect for them. I'm not tight, anyone who knows me knows that, but it is too much too soon and contradicts what he said. If he's laid out money due to bad advice, we shouldn't be responsible for that. Who owns the consultancy he used? Has he been conned with that? I think he's been there for the taking. He should have listened to the right people. Instead he appears to have allowed anyone worth their salt leave or be dispensed with.
