AFC Wimbledon have signed goalkeeper Lewis Ward and added former striker Joe Pigott on a season-long loan.
Pigott, 30, moves from Leyton Orient, having scored 54 goals in 157 games during a three-and-a-half year spell with the Dons that ended when he joined Ipswich Town in the summer of 2021.
He scored the first goal at the new Plough Lane in November 2020 against Doncaster Rovers and was the club's Player of the Year in his final season.
"To come back is amazing but I have so much more to give and achieve with this club," Pigott told the Wimbledon website.
"Wimbledon means a lot to me and my family, so it’s hard not to be emotional when I talk about the support that the fans have always shown me."
Former Crystal Palace coach Dave Reddington has also joined the Dons' backroom staff as a replacement for the long-serving Rob Turvey, who departed on Wednesday.

AFC Wimbledon have signed Hull City full-back James Furlong on a season-long loan.
The 22-year-old Irishman has played once for the Tigers' first team - starting last season's FA Cup third round replay defeat by Birmingham City in January.
A knee injury suffered in that game has kept him out of competitive action since.
The bulk of Furlong's first-team experience has come during a loan spell with Scottish Premiership side Motherwell during the second half of the 2022-23 season.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 left-back began his career in his homeland before moving to Brighton's academy.
After a handful of appearances for the Seagulls' under-21 side, Furlong made his senior debut in an EFL Cup tie at Forest Green Rovers in August 2022.
"I want to play as many games as possible, push on as a player and of course I want to help the club get back to League One as soon as possible," Furlong said.
"I met with the manager [Johnnie Jackson] and all I heard was positive things - he really sold the loan move to me. As soon as I heard of the interest, I just wanted to get started straight away."
Furlong is the club's eighth signing of the summer transfer window.

AFC Wimbledon captain Jake Reeves has signed a contract extension, tying him to the club until the summer of 2026.
The 31-year-old joined the Dons from Stevenage last summer for a third spell with the club and has made 50 appearances since then, scoring five goals.
He provided assists for both goals as they beat Ipswich Town on penalties following a 2-2 draw in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening.
"When I joined I always had the aim of securing another deal by playing well and impressing the manager. I’m happy that I’ve done that," he said.
“Playing here at Plough Lane, week in, week out is really special in comparison to other stadiums. The hunger is always there for success, it’s what keeps you going."

Midfielder Sam Hutchinson has signed a new contract with AFC Wimbledon to keep him at the club until the end of the season.
The 35-year-old joined on a one-month deal in December but has now extended his stay after making six appearances in recent weeks.
Hutchinson had been without a club since being released by Reading at the end of last season, after injuries had limited him to only 26 games across the previous two campaigns.
"The club gave me a chance to get back into football, so I've never thought about anything else other than this," Hutchinson said.
"I've proved how fit I am and how much I want to play football, so the goal now is to get promoted."
Hutchinson played more than 200 games for Sheffield Wednesday earlier in his career, helping them reach the 2016 Championship play-off final.
"In the month that he's been with us he's shown real quality on the pitch, particularly in his versatility at being able to play in different roles," said AFC Wimbledon manager Johnnie Jackson.
"He's been outstanding around the group too with the experience he brings. He helps to bolster the squad and I believe he'll continue to be an important player for us."

AFC Wimbledon have signed former Oxford United midfielder Marcus Browne on a deal until end of the season.
Browne, 27, has been out of contract since parting company with the U's last summer.

Two loan spells at Wigan and Oxford followed before he signed with Middlesbrough where he made 22 appearances.

"This team is in a great position," he told the club's website, external.
"While everything is moving forward, I feel I can bring my qualities and help propel the club even further up the table, and be in and around it at the end of the season."
