Missing the game family duties today.
Totally under the cosh yet again in the closing stages, mainly because we still refuse to mark anyone ever. Any time we passed the ball to a man there was an Alloa player tight on him, either marking closely or on top of him straight away. Any time they wanted to pass to a man they had half a dozen options standing in open space. We make opposition sides look like excellent passers purely by giving them a huge window to aim at every time.
But hey, we actually did it this time. ![]()
SPFL2 (Championship) 10/01/2015 : Alloa Athletic 0-1 Rangers
I missed most of this as the stream showed Swansea v West Ham (!), so I watched Leicester v Aston Villa. The less said of that, the better, so back to Rangers ... at the Fourth time of asking, at last, the correct result. Nicky Law scored from close in. Hearts roll on, Hibs take two steps forward and one step back and you guys get a vital win!! At the moment performances don't matter, keeping that 2nd place yours is the important thing!!
Are you seeing any difference between the team and tactics that McCoist put out compared with the one today??

I missed this because I preferred to go to sleep.
It wouldn't matter if we were in touching distance of hearts as their ability to score freely means their goal difference is worth points. |
