US - Arcane Astral Aeons - 02-11-2020

that was shocking  made Fulham Look like a top 6 side
i have never advocated a manager to go
but it looks like ours is out of his depth here
no backing from the board
has to work with what he has got
we were found out several time last season with daft team selections

slaven i think ya time is up mate

RE: US - Blue Baggie - 02-11-2020

It was obvious Bilic would be the scapegoat. We have been poor since last Xmas IMO. He had the chance to address our weaknesses - i've said it so many times I'm not going to bother again.
His head is now on the block and it's his own fault. Nice guys fail, thanks for getting us up but we need a man manager now. Bye bye Slav.
I'd give the job to Pearson. I don't like the guy much, but this side needs sorting out and IMO he's the best guy available to do it.

RE: US - Stairs - 03-11-2020

It is so wrong. Bilic is a good manager and if we let him go or worse still he gets the sack then we are doomed.

Doomed because we are a sinking ship with no funds to rectify the matter in January (Lai will not stump up cash, if he would he would have backed Bilac).

Doomed because only a shit relegation battle harden manager with no class will be interested in a stressful long battle to relegation. Such a person will have a contact with a reward for survival and a guaranteed budget for rebuilding when we drop into the Championship.

Doomed because such a shit manager will be shit at managing a promotion hunting team next year.

God I am so depressed about this right now:

- The Manager is disheartened because the club sold a player behind his back
- The flare players who were supposed top thrive in the Premier League seem to have switched off
- The likelihood is we will be the club to sack the manager that I for one feel is the best we have had in a decade
- Our replacement manager will a backward step unless pigs start flying

RE: US - Blue Baggie - 03-11-2020

No easy answers, if you believe Bilic is still the man for the job fair enough. IMO he has taken us as far as he can. It's not about buying anyone. For me it's his ability to motivate and organise the players he's got. His contract expires at the end of the season and his own personal performance and judgement being questioned he may not want the job anyway. He looks as though he has doubts about his players and himself ATM. So do we wait or be positive and make a decision.
The hesitation in sacking our last 4 managers cost us dear. I can't see Bilic keeping us up or being with us next season. So IMHO he may as well go sooner then later.
