Onto the Straight Jacket Championship. The Irish's best chance for a medal falls at the feet of prominent nutcase and idiot extraordinaire Triple AAA Leprechaun. He has 2 minutes to escape from his jacket and if he fails to escape he will drop into the Whale Pool where the Whale will be waiting to eat him up.
The starter pistol has been fired and we're off. Triple AAA has been able to wriggle his right arm out of the jacket but he seems to have got his left arm stuck and doesn't seem to have the strength to get it out. His lonely left handed masturbation practice hasn't come up trumps.

Not a mention of football / tennis / rowing / archery / shooting / eventing / diving / cycling to mention a few.
