I think with Boro we have seen a repeat of the long-term repercussions of having Tony Pulis at a club. We saw it with Albion when he left and Pardew and then Big Dave had problems. Now Woodgate seems to have struggled following Pulis after being tasked with changing the style and squad mentality.
