Worst player debate - Imre varadi - 20-05-2020
So it's simple pick 5 of the worst players you have seen play for Wednesday since 1980 ..had to put that because we don't want a debate or reflection about players 99% of haven't seen .
In order 1the worst to 5...and please state why or it's a finished thread in 2 seconds.

1. Jay Bothroyd - just a complete and utter waste of space on the pitch and a twat at the same time!!!
2. Francis Jeffers - is he the most over rated player of all time?? He was simply a big name who was garbage!!
3. Colin West - the epitomy of a donkey, and that penalty of course!!
4. Wim Jonk - he was a good player in his day, but his day was well before he arrived at S6 where he either was injured or crap in equal measure!!
5. Andy Booth - for what we paid for him at the time he was just a very poor man's Lee Chapman or Mark Bright and bordering on a donkey a lot of the time!! Jordan Rhodes may well eclipse him once he leaves S6.

1 Patrick Blondeau - worst RB I have ever seen
2 Jay Bothroyd - a complete and total twat as SCO said
3 Francis Jeffers - makes Rhodes look world class
4 Giles de Bilde - another poor striker from a long list
5 Wim Jonk - as SCO said past his prime when we signed him

The thing is players like Jonk, Blondeau, De Bilde, Degreyse etc were very good players, but virtually to a man they were past it when they came to us!! Our transfer policies in the mid to late 90s was dreadful in terms of spotting current talent as opposed to past talent!!

Is it worst player as in actual ability or worst signing ? This would make a big difference to my list.
IE Abdi = not the worst player I've ever seen but I've not seen him often enough whilst the twat was robbing a wage
