Saint Mirren v Hibs, Tues 27 Nov, KO 7.45pm - 0762 - 25-11-2019 Well this fixture couldn't come at a better time for Hibs and adds "a bit of spice" with Jack Ross returning to his old footie club before he headed south to Sunderland. I suspect he will try to field the same Hibs team that started on Saturday v the "steel men" although Darren Magregor finally "on the brink" of a return from injury and I must acknowledge I thnk Hibs defence still needs strengthened/tweaked. Here's hoping that the boys win this because 3 PTS will project them "into the fray" for that 4th or 3rd spot in the Scot Premiership. C'mon Hibs! GGTTH RE: Saint Mirren v Hibs, Tues 27 Nov, KO 7.45pm - hibeejim21 - 26-11-2019 Not the greatest performance but a very good 3 points. Best Killie and we are up to 5th. Things are looking up. RE: Saint Mirren v Hibs, Tues 27 Nov, KO 7.45pm - 0762 - 27-11-2019 Aye! FT 1-2 and job done albeit after some "scary moments" such as Saints' Mullen hitting the post. I think we need to attain more "clean sheets" and would still like to see Rocky returned "between the sticks" as well as Hibs defensive mid/"anchor" position finally being sorted out. Anyway, that is three consecutive wins and confidence + momentum gradually building - onwards and upwards and looks like the future match v the Dons on 7 Dec is gonna be a massive fixture for Jack Ross and the guys!! But Killie is the next challenge to take on at ER. GGTTH RE: Saint Mirren v Hibs, Tues 27 Nov, KO 7.45pm - hibeejim21 - 27-11-2019 St Mirren have a good home record - only sevco have beat them there this season. Its a great 3 points. And Doidge proving me wrong by finally getting among the goals. |
