We sign an attacking midfielder and he spends most of his time protecting the back four with Semedo and the rest of it covering LB when Helan ventured forward Just what instructions was he given before the game 
Apart from the misuse of McGugan, we did actually dominate the first 4 minutes
and could easily have got a shot on target, with a bit more luck, in the first half 
There again, the others could well have been 2 up and out of sight before HT as they ripped us a new hole twice and really should have had a big, fat, dirty, lumbering untc on the end of those defence splitting crosses 
How we didn't score in the 2nd half remains a mystery
but they had two chances to win it n'all.May's treatment was wank
If you watch the replays Murphy came out with the intention of flooring May on each occasion. Just because he missed doesn't mean that May committed a foul and then to cap it some wanker tries to swap shirts before the game has ended which results in the West Yorkshire fans crying out loud in their sad lack of a grip on reality and our favourite ref duly obliging THE MATCH - KO SAT 15:00 GMT

Referee: Christopher Kavanagh
This is a new referee to us so we have no bad history. It is his first season as a FL referee & this is his first SBC match after doing seven L2 & three L1 matches. One peculiarity is that for a Yorkshire v Lancashire match, he is from Lancashire. He averages 2.33 yellow cards per match and hasn't issued a red card in his league career. He is considered to be a high flyer & is expected to be fast tracked to the PL within a few seasons.
