Bury FC have 7 days to prove to the Football League that they can provide financial commitments for next season. If they don't then they will be expelled from the Football League and they will likely not be allowed in the National League if they can't fulfill fixtures. If this happens then it means Plymouth might be reinstated to L1, Mansfield or Newport might be given promotion to L1, Notts County might be reinstated to L2 and so forth. It would affect the leagues from L1 right down to the Northern Premier League and Southern Leagues. It will mean relegated clubs might face a reprieve and other clubs might be promoted up a league.

The FL and FA need to start getting tough with clubs who flout the rules its long overdue.
Not sure why you think it would affect Mansfield as they were beaten by Newport who were the beaten finalists so they would be the ones to go up?
