THE MATCH

LAST MATCH
So we managed to progress in to the 4th Rd and keep our season alive. A solitary Nuhiu strike with a big deflection was the game winner as we booked a trip to Chelski. It was a good cup tie with chances at both ends and both teams hit the woodwork. It was an improved performance from the Hull game (couldn't get any worse) hopefully they can transfer that to the league form. Dawson, in for Westwood played well and made several saves as he kept a clean his 2nd in a row. Wonder what we might do with Wildsmith who is certainly 3rd choice now, will we let him go out on loan?
THE MATCH
Back to the league and Wigan make the trip to Hillsborough. We lost to these on the opening day of the season so revenge is the order of the day. Wigan have struggled and are 19th in the table and just 6 points above relegation though they did beat Villa 3-0 last time out so should be on a high. Will Grigg is there "star" player but he was on the bench against Villa. Even with a win on Satdi we wont be moving up the league but can put more distance points wise from the bottom 3.
