Prem League clubs have been asked to contribute 250,000 each to a farewell package to the outgoing PL executive

I think he has done a very good job of promoting the PL and the TV rights packages around the globe are testament to that, but he was also I am sure very well paid to do that!!! This money could be used for so many better things within the game than giving him more money!!! Part of me hopes he accepts this money and then donates it to other areas of the game.
