Top! - turkeydinner - 20-10-2018 Fair play to Tony Pulis , now sitting top of a healthy and competitive Championship Carrying on where he left last term, to get promoted you have to play attacking football and he has done I mean I haven't watched Middlesborough enough to know how many goals come from set pieces or throw ins or if the ball is just booted sky high up the channels to chase (?) He has however jettisoned the more flair players like Traore and Fabio and brought in solid players like Flint and McNair RE: Top! - St Charles Owl - 20-10-2018 Boro last night were a typical Pulis team, big and strong and very well organized. We didn’t play well at all, but they looked nothing special either. They won’t concede many, but they won’t set the world alight at the other end either. I am sure they will be up near the top come the end of the season but if last night was anything to go by it won’t be the most exciting stuff but it will be effective. |
