FA Cup - bluepooch - 08-10-2018 So its Fylde away in the cup.A difficult tie again ,we always seem to get difficult ties nowadays .Could have been easier but all is not lost we will probably draw then win 1-0 at home (we have to win sometime ,I actually think we will win on Saturday as Halifax are in freefall,at least we have halted the slide somewhat).Defensively we aren't too bad except for the odd horror show,we need to start scoring ,Hines may help if he is back, I'd play Fortune and drop Shaw who doesn't quite look up to it at the moment despite his efforts . RE: FA Cup - Devongone - 08-10-2018 Daren't look at Bob's. I was hoping for Torquay or Weston Super Mare away ..... even the winner of Chippenham and Hendon. RE: FA Cup - themaclad - 08-10-2018 Regional draw RE: FA Cup - Devongone - 09-10-2018 Yes I didn't realise until I saw the draw. Boring! I can see the financial point of regionalising leagues at our level and below, but fourth qualifying of the cup, surely that should be a chance to play a team we'd never normally play. Fylde is just a boring draw. RE: FA Cup - bluepooch - 09-10-2018 Its a boring draw and will probably be a bore draw. RE: FA Cup - Dancingwilldoit - 09-10-2018 What's the F A Cup? |
