Well 6 defeats in a row. Can Lambert survive this?
Benteke sending off was borderline, Weimann could easily have followed him off the way he behaved. But Spurs kept at it and probably deserved the win...... Just.

The red card was a little harsh but rules are rules and he did go for the face. I thought Lambert would have been gone the last time they had a bad run and was surprised he survived that.

Some say Lambert is safe as the new contract makes it too costly to remove him - but if relegation beckons maybe that even more expensive?

Villa will be relying on the same principle they have for a few years, there are three worse teams than them so they will be ok!! Lambert is a decent manager but seems to have run out of ideas, who else would they get that is any better??
