Halloween - Amelia Chaffinch - 31-10-2014

That's Halloween explained in 100 secs.

What do you think to the whole event it has become?

Do you throw yourself into it and get dressed up?

And here are the BBC's sporting horrors of 2014:

What's yours?

And I think these are a bit too flattering:

van Gaal v Pellegrini

What a set of pumpkins.

Who do you fancy for the Manchester derby?

Not like the Christian west dosent have a habit of turning Pagan celebrations into an annual celebration is it?

Halloween personally I hate it, ive seen trick or treating in some places become little more than door to door extortion,Americans have a lot to answer for

Chinese do also, Bonfire night why on earth are we celebrating sectarianism? (I`m not Christian so I dont do the politics/religion/Football thing)

Really its about time St Crispins day was a national holiday we seem to be forgetting the Battle of Agincourt 1415 and the slaughter of the flower of French Nobility!

Dislike Halloween its an American tradition not a British tradition we should focus more on guy fawkes night IMO.

RE: Halloween - Lord Snooty - 02-11-2014

I think it's all rather tasteless. All in good fun, yes. But the whole dressing kids up as zombies and stuff is a bit weird.
We had a couple of ten year old girls knocking on the door on Friday night dressed up like murdered schoolgirls. When did this become a normal thing to do?

Disappointed nobody arrived at my door especially as I had connected the door bell to the main electricity supply of West Lancsshire

Laugh

Our neighbour gave out copies of the gospel. Bet that was well received when they were expecting chocolate.

Give them toothpaste and mouthwash.

RE: Halloween - Lord Snooty - 03-11-2014

I heard some people had covered sprouts with chocolate and disguised them as Ferrero Roches.

You spoil us, Ambassador. Laugh
