Ross County v Hibs, Sat 7 April, KO 3.00pm - 0762 - 05-04-2018

Another away challenge for Hibs v a 'Staggies' team that is trying to avoid the threat of relegation and has just won a 1st home game for quite a while. We are in fine form now and chasing Rangers and the Dons for that 2nd place in the Premiership and have nothing to fear! No complacency Hibs and lets keep going and win it in style!

FT 1-1 and Oli Shaw 'saves the day' in the 90th min to ensure Hibs unbeaten run continues! Thumb up However, it's a tad disappointing as the Dons surprisingly drop 3 pts and Rangers now on the same pts total as the Dons. I'll take the draw after losing that early goal to McKay whose season looks over after a bad injury that took a few mins to deal with. We certainly didn't deserve to lose this game and again I'm impressed with Lenny's tactics on 70mins at 1-0 down - on with Shaw and Swanny and start pounding them until the last secs of this game - paid off with that Shaw goal! Thumb up We move on to the 'split' and only 3pts behind Rangers and the Dons who we can definitely beat if 'on form'!

Gutted to drop 2 points in a game we dominated, we had more than enough chances to win it. We struggled a bit with the pitch at times though and county were fighting for their lives. Thought McGregor was going to win at it at the death but not to be. Swanson and Shaw are good options to have though and combined well for the leveller.

We are now 3 points behind scumco and the sheep going into a split that's fixtures will be based around not letting Celtic win the title v their city rivals.

Now for a welcome rest after 3 games in a week.

Oh and a special well done to Lewis, 400 appearances for hibs.

Aye! Lewis continues to serve Hibs exceptionally well and still 'racking up' game time - a true 'role model' for any aspiring kid trying to progress through Hibs youth ranks.
