Mansfield Managerless - spireitematt - 27-02-2018 Steve Evans has left Mansfield to join Peterborough. Hope they get Caldwell or Saunders. (Fingers crossed) RE: Mansfield Managerless - Devongone - 28-02-2018 Barry Fry and Steve Evans ............ They might be better than us at football, but we're better looking. If Mansfield still want to go up I would suggest they simply don't choose a manager at all. A lot of teams do well in limbo. And they won't go down even if it goes wrong. RE: Mansfield Managerless - bluepooch - 28-02-2018 I disliked Evans more than I dislike Mansfield but I hope the Stags fail now and I definitely feel more confident of getting something when we play them . RE: Mansfield Managerless - Devongone - 01-03-2018 Flitcroft appointed. Leaves Swindon for Mansfield. Frying pans and fires spring to mind. Perhaps Stevenage, Staveley, Ilkeston and Barrow will the next stops on his tour of dives in Britain. RE: Mansfield Managerless - spireitematt - 01-03-2018 Big question is who are Swindon going to get as manager. RE: Mansfield Managerless - Dancingwilldoit - 01-03-2018 Strange appointment and a bit quick. Given the drive in snow he must have set off from Swindon before Evans resigned. RE: Mansfield Managerless - spireitematt - 03-03-2018 Looks like the wheels could fall off the Mansfield promotion train (Choo choo) RE: Mansfield Managerless - Devongone - 05-03-2018 The players Mansfield have got on their books, I could take over tomorrow and get them promoted. If Flitcroft can't, he'll be featuring at that special awards ceremony at the season's end - The Caldwells. You can't help hoping Swindon beat Mansfield at Wembley in the play-offs. Playoffs or automatic? RE: Mansfield Managerless - Devongone - 06-03-2018 Automatic! The players they've got they should be way in front of the likes of Accrington and Wycombe. |
