I dont feel sorry for him whatsoever or previous managers
Conte is a very tactically aware manager, one of the best in the modern game with a wealth of talent at his disposal
I`m a big believer in what Owen Hargreaves said and its something Ive been watching for years

Another year, another year of Van Ginkel and Todd Kane going out on loan,-MVG has now been on loan three years at PSV Eindhoven and strangely holds the captaincy!
If this player isnt what you want, a full international captaining a team at the top of the league, sell him or shut up about trying to bring players in!
Chelsea should be top ten easily with who they put out on loan, why not Mr Conte use your SQUAD and realize you have international and quality players like when you found Andreas Christensen there!

You know what you're getting into joining Chelsea as manager and I don't blame them for not bringing kids through, your time there is going to be short enough as it is without wasting it losing games bringing in players for someone else's future

It`s a fair point, although 11 of the 34 are full Internationals with their country
