2 points behind 4th, 5 points behind 3rd and through to the next stage of the Champions League which even the successful Unai Emery couldn't do regularly. To sack the guy for the above and a week after surgery on his cancer, is truly disgusting.

Football is no longer the people's game ..... it does not even appear to be about success, a club doing well, reasonable success, but sack the coach due to / despite a serious illness. The game, people in charge just keep getting worse ..... bring back the 70's.
