I'd leave mcinnes alone. He isn't a very good manager and I think he is holding out for the job with the rangers.
Michael o'neill has worked wonders with a limited pool at northern Ireland, he might be a good shout.
Certainly no point going from the likes of pulis to allardyce or pardew.

The dire form that we've been in has lasted so long that, if the Board haven't drawn up a 'Wanted' list, THEY should be sacked too.
Personally, I haven't a clue, but I'd never heard of matey boy Marco Silva before he went to Hull then Watford. Anybody like him around, Josh?
I'd like us to be forward thinking with this appointment and also go back to the structure we had pre TP. Unfortunately, I believe the longer Megson is in charge the worse it'll be. Hopefully tho, this wish list will be brimming full of young fresh talent (of the managerial kind
), some of whom will be either available or attainable.

Personally I’d love to see Domenico Tedesco or Brendan Rogers but I think I’m in dream world for both.
I’d be happy with Koeman or Bilic for that matter, there’s clearly more going on at West Ham that meets the eye. As a punt though I’d love us to take on Potter but is that too much of a risk at this point?

I'd have to say Koeman, he did well at Southampton and I think Everton was just a bad fit. I've already bought my ticket for Newcastle next week in the vain hope of meeting our new messiah!! I feel quite upbeat after today's announcement and urge my fellow Baggies to get down the shrine next week and shout the boys on against a winnable Newcastle. The start of the revolution me thinks after the Spurs massacre

More of a risk for Graham Potter, the article I read last week suggests he and his family are really happy with life in Sweden and can’t imagine why he would want to give that up.

I'm interested to know why you think McInnes is not a very good manager. Whilst he had a poor time at Bristol City, he has consistently managed Aberdeen to second place in the SPL, a league where only one team is going to win it, the only question being by how much. Last season they finished 9 points ahead of third place and 18 ahead of fourth, previous season it was 6 points ahead of third place and 15 ahead of fourth and in 2014-15, they finished 10 points ahead of third and 18 points ahead of fourth. I'm not sure what more he could have done. Genuinely interested in your thoughts and if you feel there are other issues at stake with him as a manager
