Killie v Hibs: Tues 31 Oct, KO 7.45pm - 0762 - 29-10-2017

Another away match and I'm hoping Hibs are on a 'roll' of good form now. Therefore 'bring it on'! It looks like Stokesy will be fit again together with David Gray - that'll provide good additional cover for the Hibs squad.
'Same again' for this upcoming match? My only concern is the 'striking dept' and still too many scoring opps being scorned. Perhaps that's where a 'tweak' is required to improve it. Killie picked up a decent pt/draw v the Hoops yesterday at Celtic Park and they will be organised by their new manager, Steve Clarke. However, we must focus on our own good form and try to improve on it! C'mon Hibs!

Be interested to see if the manager makes changes or asks the same guys to do 3 games in a week.

Another game that Hibs should take by the scruff of the neck early on, then shut up shop. We should have a big enough squad to make minor changes, but Killie will be difficult opponents. Steve Clarke has turned his team into a more resilient, confident and dangerous outfit. Another 1-0 might beckon, but a draw would still be a good result.

An even better result - FT 0-3 and what a 'big result' for Hibs tonight. That win 'rubber stamps' Hibs fine form and another bonus 'clean sheet'! Thumb up Killie hitting Hibs goal frame three times and it's good to see Lady Luck is with us for a change! Deeeelighted and Hibs move up to the 3rd spot in the Scot Premiership! Great stuff!

Happy to be wrong, 0762. And don't forget we hit the woodwork too. Sounds like it was an entertaining match.

3 games in a week,3 wins,3 clean sheets. And up to third!

Entertaining match from what i saw from *ahem* various internet sources. Mcginn was outstanding again, Gray played well on his return at full back and marciano made a couple of important saves. Killie played well for spells either side of the break and must be feeling bemused they didn't score, after the 2nd we were comfortable enough.

Think the manager has found the right blend now, the defence in particular has a more settled look to it after a number of disruptions early in the season.

Next up,the target has to be to improve our home form starting with dundee on saturday. We should have beat them away last time out, really want to beat them this time.

Aye Jim! We're unbeaten away from home and yet there is a slight concern that we could falter v a Dundee side that has hit a bit of a slump, now propping up the league although playing reasonably well but scorning good scoring opps. We must 'turn the corner' and win these kinda home matches!

First quarter of the season over and we have played all the sides now. I have to say i'm pretty pleased with our start.

Barring the horror 2nd half show v accies and maybe aspects of the performance against aberdeen and motherwell at home we have done well for a promoted side. Unbeaten from 2 games in glasgow,a win over hertz, and a cup semi final. We have only lost 2 of our opening 12 in the league !

We have responded from the downer of losing to aberdeen and celtic in the best possible way.
