Bad news for all Scottish Premiership clubs as Roberts is clearly well above the general standard of footie up here together with most other 1st team players.

I agree. Apparently Nice were interested in taking him on loan and he could play in a higher standard of footie league but he has stated his intention to return to Celtic Park.

Roberts finally in Glesca to 'sign on the dotted line' for another season at Parkhead. This will certainly be a big signing for Rodgers as Roberts is another 'game changing player' who is well above the general standard of Scottish Premiership footie and he'll add another 'dimension' to Celtic's attacking style of play.

Apparently we tried to get him permently but Man City didn't want to let him go
don't know how long he has left on his contract there
