AC Milan boss wants CL wildcards
FFS, when will the bigger teams stop with their monopoly on the money grabbing!! Teams that do not do well in their domestic league should not be in Europe - period!!!! Entry to European competition should be a reward, not a given!!! For now I will assume this is just the ranting of a chairman who is feeling the pinch after his team have been struggling domestically!!

Gave up with European competitions years ago after all you can be rewarded for being crap in one competition by given a place in another . Finish third in the ECL and you go into the Europa League. Why should being inept be rewarded. Mind you the Prem League are talking about taking one game abroad again.You can bet your life it won't be a home game of one of the bigger clubs.

Why is it even called the "Champions League"
Shouldn't they rename it "The Top Four from the Top Countries League" instead

Ironically back in the day when only the winners of the league got into it it was called the European Cup, when it moved away from just the league winners it became known as The Champions League!!!

European football barely interests me since it is about 28 of the same teams each year with four different sides. If I watch three games all season that will be about it. I would rather watch a FL match any day.

I am pretty much the same these days, although to be fair with the time difference I am at work when these games are played so I can't watch them anyway. I still follow the results and still want the English teams to do well, but I am really not that bothered!! I do watch a lot of the premier league games as I can get them on tv over here but other leagues have never interested me!!
I wonder still how long it will be before there is a genuine push to create a European wide super league?? Maybe the fact that the Prem is currently crawling with money from its own tv rights stops them from pursuing it but I still think we will see some move towards it at some point!!

I doubt it would happen.
The big clubs like the possibility to be there so it can be used as a threat but the big clubs would rather be a big fish in a smaller pool than a small fish in a bigger pool. The crowds would soon drop if they are 18th of 20 with no relegation so nothing to play for.

That said, I'm not too fussed about a little censorship, I don't overly swear any way, but I think the lucky arse should stay ( maybe toned down a touch)
It's not meant as an offence to ladies, and the ladies are not being exploited, in fact ladies that choose to use their assets to make money isn't exactly new is it
You could argue its men who are being exploited by women who make money from our neathanderal cravings

Divided we are weak, and that applies to both sites
It would be a disaster if we don't stick together
Personally I think we should have a vote on both sites and see which wins
