The Interview? - Devongone - 13-03-2017

When Mr Caldwell was interviewed surely someone asked .........

How do you plan to save our team from relegation?
What would your hopes be for our future?
If we did go down what would your approach be to re-building?
We haven't a lot of money, how and where would you plan to recruit new players?
Have you been watching much football at lower levels than our own?
We have some promising young players on the verge of our squad, how would you oversee their development?

So if we asked questions we freely chose, were honest about our finances and he gave honest answers to the best of his ability ........... what right has the club itself to feel dissatisfied with the result? As fans surely our reactions to Mr Caldwell from Dancing's fury to Bluepooch's unwavering loyalty are ALL understandable. BUT if those who made that decision think that after ten games or so that is a decision they should unmake, then surely they should also consider their own culpability and take no part in any future appointment.

There is a fault line here but it is more San Andreas sized than (Gary) Ca(u)ldwell Valley.
