Transfer Window - turkeydinner - 04-10-2014

Again Rodgers has gone mad buying another ton of players and Liverpool minus the sublime Suarez have had a disappointing start

Despite the recruitment of Lambert, Balotelli, Markovic and the returning Borini the word is that a deal is in place to sign French International forward Karim Benzema for 38M

And despite recruiting so many midfielders Dele Ali is expected to arrive from MK Dons for 8M

Mignolet has been in dodgy form this year and Victor Valdes is expected to sign on a Free within two weeks

At the moment for me Liverpool havent a settled side or found their mix, I think theyve bought a lot of talent and unsure how to play half of them or when to

Liverpool are suffering because Sturridge is injured and Suarez has gone!! There is no way Ballotelli or Lambert can replace Suarez, and I would argue that Ballotelli is a waste of money anyway!!! Lallana will come good given time but until Sturridge is fit they will struggle to score goals!!

Questions about them `doing a Tottenham` and buying players no better than they already have whilst spending a lot

16M for Balotelli who is world class on his day,4M for Lambert who certainly knew how to put the ball away for Soton and Borini valued at say 11M returning from loan-yet theyve signed pretty much apart from the returning Borini straight out centre forwards rather than a creative forward who puts in goals also(I so remember all the Liverpool fans who said Suraez wasnt a goalscorer before his form took off)
Maybe its time to give Coutinho a more advanced role?

Liverpool or Arsenal look very likely to sign Check Tiote in the transfer window
