Very sad news to read that the 'pk king' has passed away. Most veteran Hibs fans will remember Joe during the Jock Stein period at ER and his involvement in some epic matches like the Fairs Cup elimination of Napoli all these years ago. RIP.

Very sad news he arrived at Easter Road just after I started supporting Hibs. I remember him playing at Left half when we lost 1-0 to a very good Celtic side and Joe had a stormer. Another one of the good guys gone too soon, thoughts are with his family and friends.

Saw him play many times for Hibs , absolute outstanding left back IMO and he could crack a penalty kick. God bless and RIP. Hibs legend IMO
