Anyone notice that the only player who didn't get on the pitch was James Chester? Am I reading too much j to this (perhaps he's injured etc) or did his outstanding performances in the Euros count for nothing in the eyes of Tony Pulis? I hope it's the former. Can anyone shed any light on this ?

His team went further than any of our other players in the euros, so he's probably getting a longer rest. A lot of other clubs are doing the same thing with their players who made the semis or final.
