This is the first managers job he has had, been assistant at a few places including Ajax so I suppose he has been serving his apprenticeship. Bit of a risk for Reading, but they really have nothing to lose as they appear to be going nowhere anyway.

I thinkit was a case of nobody wanted to take the gamble of getting into the Premier League and so us and Reading ended up in the play offs by default.
Looks like Paul Clement is being lined up for this one.

Its not a too bad a squad to inherit although the fact that Chris Gunter is only 28 is mind boggling!
